How to Reset My Password
Follow these steps to Reset Your Password on Fogwing IoT Analytics Studio.

At times, memorizing passwords can be a tedious task, other times, ensuring security and access to your online platforms is of great importance. Keeping this in mind, Fogwing is build to offer its users the feature of changing / resetting passwords when needed. Resetting your password is no longer a time consuming action, Fogwing IoT Analytics Studio makes it simple.

To Reset Your Password:
As the first step towards password resetting, login to your Fogwing IoT Analytics Studio account.
The Dashboard of your Analytics Studio will appear after login.
Towards the extreme right top for your Fogwing IoT Analytics Studio display screen, you will find a circle icon with an alphabet initial. Click on it.
Once the alphabet initial is clicked, a drop box with 'Customer Name, Customer ID, Signed in as' details. The drop box also includes 'Profile and Account' button and 'Logout' button.
Select the 'Profile and Account' button, the userprofile page will appear.
Click the 'Update Password' button on the right side of the 'Userprofile' page.
An OTP will be sent to your registered email address after clicking the 'Update Password' button. Enter the OTP on the 'Update Password' popup page. Click the 'Verify' button.
Once the OTP is verified, the password is reset.
Note: You can Re-login to make sure that the password has been Reset.
If you have forgotten the password, please click 'Forgot Password' on the Login page. OTP will be sent to registered email. Once the OTP is verified, password can be Changed / Reset.
