Fogwing IIoT Platform is built to provide users with ample assistance whenever needed. Fogwing facilitates users with immediate access to Fogwing Support Team. All queries can be cleared hassle free with Fogwing's 'Support' feature.

To Access Support:

1. As the default step, Login to your Fogwing IIoT Platform account.

2. You will land on the Home page, after Login.

3. Towards the left side, the menu bar will be found. The Support icon will be found on the menu bar.

4. Click the 'Support' icon, the Support page will appear.

5. Fill in your query and click the 'Select' button on the bottom right side of the screen.
